Develop, build & maintain working relationships – no goal is achieved alone, it will always require the cooperation of others. One of the biggest mistakes made is realizing this at the point of needing to get things done & discovering your inability to attain the goal without help. Solution: develop working relationships and build on them which will take valuable time, yet these are valuable relationships.
Trust people around you – the more you designate task or sub-task to others the more you learn to trust as well the more is able to get accomplished

Identify the people whose assistance & cooperation you require to achieve your goal *Success is never done alone it requires a team of people for true success to be achieved & maintained
Construct a list of every person in your life that you will need to work with or work around to achieve your goals. The metric for qualification is centered on their importance, ability, influence.
Begin with family – spouse, children, friends, co-workers and church members you’ll need that will work in cooperation with you as you work with them.
*Identify everyone who achievement of this goal will impact. Answer the question: what’s in helping them for me? in helping me for them? *Those that build & maintain the largest network of other people they can help & who can in return help them are the most successful. *Studies prove the more people that know you in a positive manner the more rounded success you have in every arena of life.
